Loxarel “A pèl” Barba-Roja Ancestral
Sometimes life gives you the opportunity to meet great people on the road. It has been the case of Jordi, the model that has collaborated in our project for the sparkling ancestral of Loxarel.
This wine is produced following the Ancestral method in one single fermentation which starts in clay amphores and ends up inside the bottle.
The blend has been done in the very same vineyard at more than 500 m altitude in the
Plà de Manlleu area (Tarragona) with Sumoll, Xarel.lo vermell and Grenache varieties.
