This wine is produced following the Ancestral method in one single fermentation which starts in clay amphores and ends up inside the bottle.
The blend has been done in the very same vineyard at more than 500 m altitude in the
Plà de Manlleu area (Tarragona) with Sumoll, Xarel.lo vermell and Grenache varieties.
